Since then, the group has completed various iconic residential and hotel developments on the island of Sint Maarten. We focus on improving and promoting the growth and quality of local hospitality. Quality control is at the forefront of everything we do to ensure optimal delivery. FT Development Group continually seeks new architectural products to help our style endure over time. Our desire to improve has led us to develop a custom application to manage progress payments related to off-plan sales. Our app gives clients clarity on the various construction stages in order to uphold the commitments in our sales contracts.
FT Development Group supports its clients, from acquiring new property to optimizing income. The main goal is to help clients achieve the profitability promised at acquisition. We are also involved in the long term to ensure the sustainability of the properties and the quality of service to clients. We assign a Property Manager for daily management of assets to ensure their profitability. Our network of experienced professionals optimizes clients’ investments and streamlines their daily lives. The loyalty of our clientele and their renewal of real estate investments reflects their satisfaction and the trust placed in the FT Development Group.

FT CONSTRUCTION
Founded by Frank Teboul and Benoit Broussy in 2017, FT Construction is an integral part of the FT Development Group. It is currently the largest construction company in Sint Maarten. It employs around a hundred employees, including experienced Project Managers.
Our integrated purchasing center guarantees we buy the best materials worldwide at the best prices. FT Construction employs a team of engineers and designers to manage architectural and technical design.
Innovation is at the heart of our process. We design all our projects using 3D digital models (Building Information Modeling).
